To celebrate a meaningful partnership with the City of Birmingham, Alabama, Coca-Cola partnered with the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (BJCTA) to launch the Magic City Connector—a vibrant transit initiative to highlight the city's rich heritage, culture, and community pride. As part of this collaboration, Coca-Cola was commissioned to design bold, engaging graphics for the MAX Transit bus fleet.
Tasked with designing bold and engaging graphics for the MAX Transit bus fleet, I created a visual tapestry that highlights iconic city landmarks and celebrates the brand’s deep-rooted connection to Birmingham.
The design seamlessly connects imagery of historic sites, local architecture, and symbols of progress, wrapping the buses in a bold, effervescent, engaging tribute to the city’s unique spirit. More than just transportation, the Magic City Connector became a moving mural of civic pride, officially unveiled at a grand event attended by city officials, community leaders, and residents.
This creative collaboration not only enhanced the visual landscape of Birmingham’s streets but also reinforced Coca-Cola’s enduring partnership with the community.
