As a senior creative partner for Citi Retail Services, I developed a wide range of B2B marketing, digital, and experiential assets that drove the integration of retail credit cards for major national brands. I handled corporate graphics, designed retail isometric walk-thrus, created branding, produced presentations, illustrated infographics, and crafted complex UX/UI flows, all meeting the needs of retail partners and internal stakeholders.

 

Partnering with the account team and designing for Citi Retail Services meant integrating corporate accuracy with creative versatility, always adhering to the compliance requirements of the financial sector.

THE CHALLENGE

Citi Retail Services required a flexible, visually cohesive design system that could be adapted for multiple retail partners, ranging from outdoor gear giants to beauty brands, while integrating complex financing options, data-heavy reporting, and merchant training materials. The creative also had to simplify the consumer credit application process for both in-store and online experiences, all within strict compliance and brand guidelines.
